Windows 11 version 24H2 compatibility
- Users may experience a delay in startup when launching Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Reader, or when printing from Chrome browser. Fix currently targeted for November 14 2024 release.
- Monitoring for unsecured Wi-Fi connections may trigger the Windows Location Access prompt to appear (example: Malwarebytes version 5.2.1.144 needs permission to use signals like GPS or Wi-Fi, which can be used to determine your precise location). Note: Malwarebytes does not access your device’s location. This notification is triggered because Malwarebytes uses Windows provided methods for the purpose of determining whether your Wi-Fi connection is to a secure - or insecure - access point. Fix currently targeted for November 14 2024 release.
